Stephanie Filardi is the Founder of B-nspired Yoga and Wellness, a company she created in 2006 to help people improve their health and well-being.

Prior to this Stephanie spent 10 years in the corporate world working as an Account Executive with an apparel manufacturer then later as Director of Operations for a retail start up company. After losing her dear father to a fatal heart attack in 2004, three weeks before she was to be married, Stephanie gained an entirely new outlook on prevention, health and quality of life. Stephanie often says her father’s untimely passing was a gift to her. It truly woke her up to what her life’s purpose has become.

Stephanie’s comprehensive holistic approach to health and wellness looks at how all areas of life are connected. Stephanie develops customized yoga and wellness programs for both individual clients and groups.

As a Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher Stephanie works with students to explore their yoga as a conscious practice of physical yoga postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques for integrating body, mind, and spirit.  Stephanie feels yoga is an integral part of overall wellness.  Through a consistent yoga practice our body can heal, our mind can relax, our spirit can emerge and profound transformation can occur.

As a Certified Holistic Health Coach Stephanie delivers wellness programs that range from Nutrition, Weight Loss & Supplementation to Stress Management & Meditation. Stephanie currently teaches Nutrition & Wellness Classes at the Larchmont/Mamaroneck, Bronxville, Scarsdale and Chappaqua Adult Continuing Education Centers.  Recently Stephanie started teaching at the Continuing Education Center at Westchester Community College in Valhalla.

Stephanie graduated cum laude with her BA in Economics & Sociology from Tulane University in New Orleans. Stephanie received her Certification as a Holistic Health Coach from Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC and is a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Stephanie is a Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher which conforms to the standards of Yoga Alliance.
