Do vitamin supplements contribute to health and well-being? This class will demystify these questions as you learn which foods to eat for optimal health and the potential value of vitamin supplements. We will learn about foods that increase or decrease energy. In addition, we will look at how vitamin supplements may help to improve overall health and well-being. Eat For Health and Role of Supplements

Some experts say one answer to aging gracefully can be found in the grocery store — in fruits, vegetables, green tea, and a host of other healthful foods that are rich in antioxidants and also anti-inflammatory. The theory is that antioxidants and other age-defying compounds help cells ward off damage from free radicals and minimize the impact of aging. We’ll also discuss the role of supplements and how they can improve your overall health and well-being; which ones to take to fill in nutritional gaps, boost your immunity, increase energy, slow down the aging process, and more.
